Holly Schwartz is a Realtor and also the Marketing Director at Torelli Realty. She has a popular blog that local newspaper The Daily Pilot features, “365 Things To Do In Costa Mesa”, which showcases local events, activities and places to go inCosta Mesa,CA. In addition to selling real estate and developing marketing strategies, Holly also helps clients with staging and home improvement projects that are proven to help homes sell.
Holly spent over 5 years working for shows that air on Home and Garden Television (HGTV) as a director and producer. She worked on the top-rated real estate/design shows House Hunters, House Hunters International, Designers’ Challenge, and My House is Worth What? Having worked with homebuyers, sellers, and Realtors around the world has provided Holly with the chance to tour homes and research real estate markets and trends with great detail. She is also a prominent figure inSouthern California social media. Holly attends real estate conferences, such as ones hosted by Inman News, to capitalize on her media skills.
One of the most gratifying roles Holly plays at Torelli Realty is organizing events that benefit local schools and organizations. She is also a Board Member for Costa Mesa United, a nonprofit organization that promotes and supports local youth athletics, activities, and academics.
Holly studied at Boston University’s College of Communications. She has been interviewed by the press about real estate matters and is an avid industry writer. Originally from New Jersey, Holly moved to Boston for college, and then relocated to the Los Angeles area to pursue her degree in communications. As a resident of Orange County, Holly is passionate about the area, which truly has something for everyone – from surfers to hikers, from those who like a fast pace to those who enjoy taking things slow… And in a climate like this, it’s easy to fall in love with The OC.
