Mesa Del Mar is a centrally located neighborhood in Costa Mesa bounded by Baker to the north, Arlington to the south, Fairview to the west and the 55 Freeway to the east. It is home to The Anti-Mall, schools and neighborhood parks that are easily accessible to the 800 homes and condominiums that make up the neighborhood. Mesa Del Mar is a quiet neighborhood with winding streets and mature trees.  Lots of members of the community drive golf carts around the peaceful streets because many of the residents enjoy golfing at the city’s local golf courses.
